Experienced Thought Leader
Dr. Keith completed his seven-year integrated plastic surgery residency at the University of Pittsburgh—one of the nation’s most respected plastic surgery training programs. He went on to earn the prestigious Stephen S. Kroll Fellowship in microsurgery at the University Hospital of Gent in Belgium, where he trained with Dr. Phillip Blondeel and Dr. Stan Monstrey, leaders in reconstructive breast and gender-affirming surgery. There, he gained advanced experience in cutting-edge procedures such as DIEP flap breast reconstruction, vaginoplasty, and phalloplasty.
He received his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Maryland. He has also participated in surgical missions to South Africa and Vietnam. In every setting—from academic training to global outreach—Dr. Keith brings the same values to his work: technical precision, thoughtful surgical design, and deep respect for the patients he serves.
